Refunds & Returns Policy

At Bellora Baby, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our returns policy makes it simple to resolve.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including tags, gift boxes, and protective wrapping).

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and bibs are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Sale/clearance items are final sale unless defective.

Process

  1. Contact us at waltzercommerceltd@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

  • We do not currently process direct exchanges.

  • To order a new size or style, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
